Another Win for the Djoker and Super Bowl 46

In tennis:

Last Sunday, it was the final of the prestigious tournament of Australia: the Australian Open. After 5 hours and 53 minutes, the world champion of the ATP league, Novak Djokovic, won the longest final of a Grand Slam in the score of 5-7, 6-4, 6-2, 6-7, 7-5. It was his third win in Australia and his third consecutive win in a Grand Slam. Moreover, it was his seventh consecutive win against the runner up, Raphael Nadal, since March 2011.


In the NFL:
The most popular sport event in the world is coming this Sunday: the 46th edition of the Super Bowl! The New York Giants will play against the New England Patriots. What is your prediction for this game, who will win and what will be the score? Enjoy your Super Bowl!

The Australian Open

It was the semi final in the prestigious Australian Open. Raphael Nadal won against his endless rival Rodger Federer. This time, it was in 4 sets of 7-6, 6-2, 6-7 and 6-4. Nadal will participate at his fifteenth final of a Grand Slam at just 25 years old! With this, he already has equalized the record of Andre Agassi, Jimmy Connors and Roy Emerson. So, the number 2 in the world, Raphael Nadal will play vs. the number 1, Novak Djokovic or the number 4, Andy Murray. This other half final game will be played tomorrow and the final will be played Sunday.

Sports Updates of the Week

These days in tennis, it is the first Grand Slam tournament of the season: the Australian Open that is in Melbourne. After the first round, the big leaders are still in action, like Djokovic, Nadal and Federer. Moreover, three Canadians have won their first game: Wozniak, Dubois and Raonic, so they will play again during the next days.

In football, the NFL playoffs are now in half final! So, there is only 4 teams are left: Baltimore vs. New England in the AFC division and New York vs. San Francisco in the NFC division.  Those games will be played next weekend. According to you, which team will win the Super Bowl?

Football Time


 
It is the beginning of the playoffs in the NFL. So, after this first week of play, only 8 teams are left: Giants vs. Packers, Broncos vs. Patriots, Ravens vs. Texans and Saints vs. 49ers. All those games will be played this weekend.
 
If the Broncos are still in the playoffs it’s because of Tim Tebow who had cumulate 316 yards in 10 completions with 2 touchdown passes and no interceptions at the last game versus the Steelers. So let’s see what he can do versus the Patriots at this final of division. Leave your comments if you have a prediction for this game.


In NCAA, Alabama won the BCS National Championship Game versus LSU this Monday by the score of 21-0.
