A Big Sprint for Montreal’s Canadians

We are close to the end of the regular season in the NHL. Presently, Montreal’s Canadians are at the 13th position in the East division. They need 6 points to get a position in the playoffs and this position belongs to Toronto’s Maple Leafs. Moreover, just 22 games are left for them so, they will have to win the big majority of them if they want to participate at the playoffs for a fifth consecutive year. And they will start their final sprint with the next game which is tonight against the Stars of Dallas at the Bell Centre in Montreal. In this game, the centre Tomas Plekanec will be absent because of a flu but the left wing Eric Cole will be back even if he is not in a perfect shape.

Good game everybody!

Do you think that the Canadians will get in the playoffs this year?

  1. How long has it been since the last time the Canadiens made the finals?
You explain very well! I'm not a big hockey fan, but I understand when you write!

  2. They participated at the four last playoffs but they don't made the final since a lot of years. But, they win 24 times the Stanley Cup and the last time was in the season 1992-1993!
